TONIGHT Apr27: Food Training at Shaffer

Don't forget: if you want to get the first step out of the way for a home-based food processing certificate from NM Dept of the Environment, the training is tonight at 6 pm at the Shaffer Hotel conference room.  It is free, the test will be open book and you'll have completed the first requirement of the certificate.   If you're at all interested in certifying or think you could be eventually, come and take the free training.
